Argent Corporation profits the old fashioned way. “We earn it.” The fee is based on a percentage, but only if we recover your judgment. At no time will we ask you or your company to pay us any up front money or any money ever.
If our company pursues a judgment debtor and there are no assets found or the debtor files for bankruptcy, you owe us nothing. If we spend more to recover on your judgment than was recovered, you owe us nothing.
Argent Corporation will front hard money for hourly paid attorneys and investigators used in the pursuit of your judgment recovery.
You may also have the option to sell your judgment to Argent Corporation.
